One of our favorite ways to enjoy the Holiday Chai tea is as a latte! The warm milk and maple syrup add additional, delicious layers to this already flavorful blend. So order up a few ounces of the Holiday Chai and give this recipe a try!
Serves 2 | Contains Caffeine
Ingredients:
1.5 tablespoons of our Holiday Chai tea
3 cups of oat milk (or your milk of choice)
3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
1 tea strainer or infuser
Instructions:
Heat up the oat milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat, until it begins to bubble around the edges.
Turn off the heat, and add the Holiday Chai tea to the pot of milk. Steep for 3-5 minutes with heat still off. If using an infuser ball, fill ball with tea and steep.
Add maple syrup to the pot. Whisk to combine, over medium heat, until piping hot.
Strain mixture into 2 cups and serve immediately.
The latte mixture can be stored for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve cold over ice or reheat on the stove for a hot latte.
