Matcha is an easy ingredient to add to almost any recipe for a subtle earthy undertone, especially cocktails. We love it paired here with gin, lime, and mint, so order up a few ounces of Green Fields and give this recipe a try!
Serves 2 | Contains Caffeine
1/4 cup of mint leaves
3/4 oz of honey
1/2 oz of lime juice
1.5 cups of water (or seltzer)
2.5 oz of your favorite gin (for a non-alcoholic version, use seltzer or a lemon-lime soda instead)
1 tsp of Green Fields Tea powder
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with honey and lime juice using a wooden spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake until well-chilled and the matcha is dissolved.
Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses.
